{"id":2493,"date":"2021-02-07T12:29:43","date_gmt":"2021-02-07T12:29:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.malak.ca\/blog\/?p=2493"},"modified":"2024-12-22T00:22:20","modified_gmt":"2024-12-22T00:22:20","slug":"making-stuffed-potato-skins-photos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.malak.ca\/blog\/index.php\/2021\/02\/07\/making-stuffed-potato-skins-photos\/","title":{"rendered":"Making Stuffed Potato Skins &#8212; Photos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>This weekend&#8217;s cooking plans from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.malak.ca\/food\">my collection of recipes<\/a> included making <a href=\"https:\/\/www.malak.ca\/food\/donaldsstuffedpotatoskinsaugratin.pdf\">stuffed potato skins<\/a> (along with more <a href=\"https:\/\/www.malak.ca\/food\/donaldsraisinbranmuffins.pdf\">bran muffins<\/a> for my mom, and some <a href=\"https:\/\/www.malak.ca\/food\/donaldsenglishtoffeechocolatebuttercrunch.pdf\">chocolate buttercrunch<\/a>.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.malak.ca\/food\/donaldsstuffedpotatoskinsaugratin.pdf\">My recipe for stuffed potato skins<\/a> is a bit of a no-brainer, whose formal existence as a recipe lies more in the documenting the amounts of ingredients required so as to minimize waste and leftovers, or scrambling about to prepare extra ingredients to use up other already-prepared ingredients.  Originally, making the stuffed potato skins was both an effort to add to my collection of recipes that could be used to fill the freezer, as well as a response to a desire to make stuffed potato skins, critically, using items I normally have on hand (potatoes, cheese, and in this case, frozen cooked breakfast sausages);
